The initiative of founding a regional Chapter of POMS pioneers in gathering the Latin American and Caribbean POM academic community in a specific association. Its objectives reflect the wish to enhance the creation, circulation and discussion of knowledge in our area and hopefully to promote more joint intra-regional programs as well as increase the number of relevant international publications by Latin American and Caribbean POM academics. Its ultimate goal is therefore to give representation to POM scholars working in or originating from the region in the wider POMS community.

The POMS-LA&C website will offer to the members, in due time, useful information and news on teaching, research, and publication opportunities, upcoming events, links to relevant papers, job offers, and much more.
